How to Link your site with Relevant,high-traffic sites.
One of the cheapest and fasted way to gain traffic to your site is linking up with highly relevant sites that are targeting the same market as your site.Building a relevant linking with higher site is one of the most effective ways to pull in large traffic.Take for example when Mr.A who trust a particular site that is highly ranked sees your site or your link in that highly ranked site will definitely assume that since that highly ranked site is linking your business site then your business must be credible too.
Having this trust from the previous highly ranked site Mr A will be more or less open to you offers.Now with this in mind lets look at the various strategies you can use to get your site linked. Strategy 1.Research your prospects site;Here you will want to get every information about the site you want to link to.For example you want to get the URL,and Name of the site,the owners email address,the date you visited that site and finally a descr i ption of the site.This is important because the more information you collect the more your request looks professional and the more you will be taken seriously. Strategy 2.Rate this prospects and divide them in 2 list.List A should be site that compliments your site considering their google ranking and those that link from the site.List B should also compliment your site but only attract lesser traffic than list 1. Strategy 3.Write an email to your Lists ;This is the most important part of the whole process.After collecting all this information it is time to write each Individual site owner requesting for a link.The best way to go about this is by email.Here you make the site owner know how much you loved his/her site,say a little about your self,give detail about how a link to you site will benefit their visitors,and then drop your contact information.When it comes time to write your B list just be as focused on making your email as personal as possible.Having that in mind and because your B list will be more than your A list, you won't be able to spend as much time individually crafting each and every mail.
To cut down on the time this will take ,i highly recommend developing a "template" letter and then using an email solution like to deliver it to all your prospects. Strategy 4.Be Persistent!Some time site owners want more than an email to see how serious you are or for you to give them more reasons to link you to their site.Hint make the process as easy as possible for them.Provide an HTML code and emphasize the fact that your site is NOT competing directly with their site.Also emphasize that it is all a win-win situation for you both and do not forget to put in simple things like your phone number just in case he/she finds it comfortable talking with you directly,even offer to make the call your self.
